ETHIOPIAN YIRGACHEFFE COFFEE

Yirgacheffe coffee is from southern Ethiopia and is one of the best coffees in the world.The variety, terroir, and processing method creates an organic coffee with a fruit-forward flavor that is sought by many coffee lovers.

ETHIOPIAN SIDAMO COFFEE

Sidamo Coffee (sometimes spelled Sidama) originates from Sidama Regional State, a highland area in southern Ethiopia. A wet-processed (washed) Ethiopian coffee best known for its rich, full body (mouthfeel), sweet and complex flavor, low acidity, floral aroma, and an finish that is bright and soft. A good Sidamo is well-balanced with cupping notes exhibiting berries and citrus (lemony) with complex acidity.

ETHIOPIAN HARAR COFFEE

Ethiopian Harrar coffee is known for its heavy body, spicy and fragrant profile. Grown in the Oromia region of Ethiopia, it is a dry processed Arabica coffee cultivated at elevations between 1,400 and 2,000 meters. The coffee is famously fruity, featuring notes of blueberry, strawberry, peach, cherry, wine, and chocolate, with a medium body and mild acidity. Harrar coffee is highly sought after for its unique and exotic flavors, making it a favorite among coffee enthusiasts.

ETHIOPIAN LIMU COFFEE

Ethiopian Limu coffee is primarily grown in the Limu zone, located in the Oromia region of Ethiopia, specifically in the Kaffa and Illubabor areas. The coffee is cultivated at elevations ranging from 3,600 to 6,200 feet, which contributes to its unique flavor profile. The beans are medium-sized, roundish, and green in color, and the region is known for producing high-quality coffee beans that are often classified as gourmet.

ETHIOPIAN GUJI COFFEE

Guji coffee comes from the Guji zone in the Oromia region of Ethiopia, an area known for its stunning natural beauty and diverse coffee varieties. The Guji region has a rich cultural history, being one of the first areas settled by the Oromo people. Over the past few decades, Guji coffee has gained recognition as a distinct coffee-growing area, separate from its more famous neighbors, Yirgacheffe and Sidamo.
